Ability to develop playful teaching strategies Grupo Tecnológico Universitario Campus Metepec Seeks Systems or Networks Engineering Faculty Members with practical experience in network installation and maintenance Master's Degree in Education preferred, completed with degree certificate and professional license **Essential Technical Knowledge** Network Fundamentals * OSI and TCP/IP models * IP addressing (IPv4 and IPv6\) * Subnetting * VLAN * Network topologies Configuration and Maintenance * Basic switch and router configuration * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Physical and logical fault detection * Use of tools such as: * Packet Tracer * Wireshark * CLI commands (Cisco, Mikrotik, etc.) Structured Cabling * TIA/EIA standards * Cable categories (Cat 5e, Cat 6\) * Cable termination and certification * Rack assembly Basic Security * Firewalls * Access control * Security best practices **Knowledge and Competencies** * Proficiency in digital platforms (Academic platform preferred). * Competency-based assessment. * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / TEAMS / Forms / Word / Excel / PowerPoint. * Development of playful teaching strategies and educational content. * Availability and schedule flexibility: Monday through Friday and Saturday.
