Monitor and supervise projects in terms of financial status and construction execution (including budget preparation, construction planning, project contract drafting, etc). 2\. Supervise construction execution according to schedule, quality, and cost; manage contractor payments and client billing based on construction progress; deliver completed projects. 3\. Knowledge of construction regulations (NOM and NTC), architectural design for this type of projects, as well as obtaining approvals from COFEPRIS and SEMARNAT. 4\. Interact with clients and suppliers; supervise and train staff. 5\. Document management and overall cost control. 6\.
