**Objective**: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and order in the kitchen and dishwashing area, guaranteeing the supply and safekeeping of utensils, tableware, flatware, glassware, and cleaning chemicals in all areas and stations required for kitchen department operations. **Requirements**: * Experience as a steward, cleaner, or custodian. * Handling of chemical substances. * Deep cleaning of kitchen equipment. * Knowledge of kitchen cleaning equipment. **Responsibilities**: * Implements the guidelines of the H Distinction, following established procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements. * Maintains cleanliness of tableware, glassware, and kitchenware during and after daily operations, using appropriate cleaning chemicals. * Uses chemical cleaning equipment responsibly, applying it correctly and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. **We Offer**: * Competitive base salary. * Grocery vouchers of $1,060. * Punctuality bonus equal to 10% of the salary. * Attendance bonus equal to 10% of the salary. * Basic statutory benefits (vacation days, vacation premium, social security). * Discounts with Grupo Carso. **Schedule**: * Morning and afternoon shifts.
