**Position Objective:**
To deliver dynamic mathematics instruction, facilitating student learning through methodologies that foster logical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving.
**Main Responsibilities:**
\* Plan, structure, and deliver mathematics classes in accordance with the institutional curriculum.
\* Design motivating teaching materials, assessments, and practical projects for students.
\* Evaluate academic performance, record grades, and provide feedback to students and their parents/guardians.
\* Identify students experiencing academic lag and develop support or remediation strategies.
\* Maintain classroom discipline and foster a respectful, participatory learning environment.
**Requirements and Desired Profile:**
\* Reside near the area.
\* Education:\* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Secondary Education with a Mathematics specialization, or related fields (a degree certificate and professional license are mandatory).
\* \*Technical Skills:\* \* Thorough knowledge of the curriculum corresponding to the educational level.
\* Proficiency in technological tools and educational platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, GeoGebra, etc.).
\* \*Soft Skills:\* Excellent communication, patience, group management, empathy, organization, and pedagogical leadership.
Salary: $4,290\.00 \- $9,500\.00 per month
