Contribution to strengthening competencies Position Objective Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that strengthen employees’ technical and behavioral competencies, ensuring compliance with training plans and contributing to organizational development. Main Responsibilities * Identify training needs (TNA) in coordination with area leaders. * Design training programs, courses, and instructional materials (manuals, presentations, interactive activities, assessments). * Deliver face-to-face, virtual, and/or hybrid courses. * Administer learning assessments and measure training effectiveness. * Prepare training reports and metrics (attendance, plan compliance, outcomes). * Monitor individual development plans. * Coordinate logistics for training events (venues, materials, attendance lists, certificates). * Maintain the training matrix up to date. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (STPS, DC-3, etc.).
