Exposure to diverse projects and clients **Audit Supervisor | Accounting Firm | Mexico City** A growing accounting firm seeks to add an Audit Supervisor with experience in financial statement review and team coordination to its team, for professionals interested in developing within a dynamic professional environment. The role targets analytical, organized candidates with operational leadership capabilities who can ensure proper audit execution and compliance with accounting standards. **Location:** Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM Occasional Saturday availability as required by operations **Main Responsibilities** * Participate in the planning, execution, and closing of financial audits * Review administrative and accounting processes across various companies * Analyze financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documentation * Prepare working papers and tax schedules * Identify accounting and financial risks and propose corrective actions * Supervise and coordinate activities of audit assistants * Monitor accounting and tax closing processes * Maintain direct communication with clients throughout audit engagements * Ensure adherence to methodologies, timelines, and quality standards for each project **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (degree conferred) * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Audit Supervisor at an accounting firm or practice * Prior experience leading or supervising teams * Residence in Mexico City or the metropolitan area * Full-time availability **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on advanced Excel * Knowledge of accounting standards and audit procedures * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others) * Basic to intermediate English proficiency Experience with firms such as Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, or EY will be considered a plus. **We Offer** * Monthly net salary of $15,000 * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Exposure to diverse projects and clients If you have audit experience and seek a position with greater responsibility and professional growth, apply through this channel.
