This individual will play a key role in guiding students’ behavior, ensuring compliance with institutional norms and fostering healthy coexistence. **Requirements** * **Age:** 28 to 45 years old * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fields (Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Work, or similar) * Demonstrable experience in: * Managing upper-secondary-level students * Group control and school discipline * Supporting and monitoring adolescent behavior * Implementing institutional regulations and protocols **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Makes decisions confidently and promptly * Communicates clearly, directly, and respectfully * Listens actively and builds trust with students * Maintains firmness when enforcing rules * Establishes clear boundaries without compromising respect * Applies consequences fairly and consistently * Intervenes immediately and strategically in conflicts * Prevents escalation and maintains control * Understands adolescent development while preserving authority * Appropriately refers cases requiring follow-up **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise order and discipline within the institution * Monitor compliance with the school regulation * Identify, support, and intervene regarding inappropriate behaviors * Follow up on behavioral cases * Refer cases to counseling, administration, or tutors as needed * Patrol facilities and maintain an active presence * Prevent and mediate conflicts among students Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
