The primary objective is to guarantee a safe, affectionate, and stimulating environment that supports the holistic development of young children. **Responsibilities** * **Comprehensive Care:** Feeding (handling breast milk, food, and formula), hygiene (diaper changes), and sleep monitoring. * **Early Stimulation:** Implementation of pedagogical activities designed to foster psychomotor, sensory, and language development. * **Follow-up:** Completion of daily logs (bowel movements, food intake, sleep, and notable events). * **Safety:** Maintaining a clean and disinfected workspace, strictly adhering to protocols. * **Communication:** Providing assertive and courteous daily progress reports to parents. **Profile** * **Education:** Technical Degree in Childcare, Educational Assistant, Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Pedagogy (intern or graduate), Nursing * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience caring for infants * **Knowledge:** Early stimulation techniques. * Pediatric first aid. * School safety and hygiene standards. * Empathy, punctuality, teamwork, and excellent service attitude.
