Job Summary: Supervise, monitor, and optimize in real time the operational and commercial performance of the digital channel to ensure SLA compliance and improve efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Operational leadership and team management **Purpose of the Position** Supervise, monitor, and optimize in real time the operational and commercial performance of the digital channel, primarily WhatsApp and chat.
