Our commitment is to contribute to the development and improvement of various sectors of industry and government. **We invite you to join our team!** This position is responsible for ensuring the proper condition and functionality of building facilities and common areas, guaranteeing a safe and comfortable environment for users. **Requirements:** * Proven prior experience in a similar role, performing maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, preferably within companies. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in building maintenance. * Technical degree in electricity/electronics, air conditioning, and climate control systems (verifiable). * Experience in electricity and handling basic circuits. * Experience in plumbing and pipe maintenance. * Experience in building structures and general repairs. * Ability to perform efficient diagnostics and repairs. * Capacity to work independently and as part of a team. **Main responsibilities:** * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on facilities. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify repair needs. * Maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in optimal condition. * Resolve structural failures in buildings (doors, roofs, walls, etc.). * Collaborate in continuous improvement of maintenance processes. **Required competencies:** * Problem solving. * Customer service. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Self-development. * Commitment. * Responsibility. **We offer:** * Base salary of $13,500 Gross. * Statutory benefits and above. * Ongoing training. * Positive work environment. * Direct hiring.
