




Job Summary: An AI Scrum Master who ensures efficiency and quality in Credit and Collections business requirements, serving as a strategic bridge between business and IT while guaranteeing agile execution. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the efficient and timely implementation of business requirements. 2. Acts as a strategic bridge between business and IT, ensuring Scrum adoption. 3. Defines and adjusts the agile team’s continuous improvement strategy. AI Scrum Master (Credit and Collections) Position: AI Scrum Master Position Purpose: To ensure that business requirements from the Credit and Collections Directorate are efficiently, promptly, and accurately elicited, analyzed, prioritized, developed, and implemented—serving as a strategic bridge between business and IT and guaranteeing proper adoption and execution of the Scrum/Agile framework. Key Responsibilities: Product backlog administration and refinement. Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective). Direct engagement with key Credit and Collections leaders and users. Tracking and monitoring progress of agile teams. Validation of deliverables and alignment with business value. Management of business requirements and translation into technical needs. Removal of impediments through coordination with other departments. Ensuring agile governance and execution. Prioritization and planning of strategic initiatives. Preparation of progress reports and performance metrics. Definition and adjustment of the team’s continuous improvement strategy. Definition of tracking and control mechanisms. Redistribution of workload and team capacity management, as required. Position Requirements: Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Professional degree and license are mandatory. Experience (3–6 years preferred): Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach leading cross-functional teams. Experience coordinating between business units and IT. Minimum 2 years in financial, credit, or collections projects. Participation in digital transformation or automation projects. Telecommunications experience is desirable. Technical and Methodological Knowledge: Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (advanced level). Backlog management, sprint planning, and agile metrics. Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook Miro Dashboards and data analytics Credit and Collections processes (functional level): Credit granting Portfolio management Collections and reconciliations Risk management Desirable Certifications: CSM, PSM I/II, or Agile Coaching.
