Participate in root cause analysis of potential deviations identified during audits, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement and compliance with food safety standards. Balance staffing levels by reassigning personnel under supervision in cases of absenteeism, changing production needs, and prioritizing high-demand processes.
