Working days and hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Proficiency in Office software (Intermediate or advanced Excel), SUA, IDSE, SIPARE. Experience with payroll calculation systems such as SAP, Nomipaq, Giro, Noi, Fortia, or similar. Responsibilities: * Design and implement employee compensation and benefits schemes; conduct salary surveys; maintain salary grids; administer additional benefits including food vouchers, life insurance, savings fund, credit union, punctuality bonuses, attendance incentives, bonuses, etc. * Coordinate, monitor, and validate the full weekly payroll calculation and review process for 500 employees. * Ensure accurate and timely payroll payments according to company-authorized schemes. * Guarantee legal and tax compliance (IMSS and other statutory obligations) to minimize risks and penalties. * Maintain precise tracking of personnel movements (hires, modifications, terminations) in both payroll and IMSS records within established deadlines. * Submit payroll payment files for both internal and external payroll processing. * Validate new Infonavit and Fonacot loans with Social Security, as well as adjustments for the closed month/bi-monthly period. Request pending piecework and overtime calculations from Payroll Audit upon employee termination; proceed with calculations within the timelines defined in the termination process. * Calculate and deliver final settlement payments (finiquitos). * Perform annual calculations for payroll processing and related payment requests. * Provide accounting with required documentation in designated folders. * Process monthly accruals, reconciling against actual payments and calculating average piecework rates. * Calculate payroll tax.
