NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPER (Project-Based) REQUIREMENTS: * Age: 30 to 38 years old * Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields * Minimum 4 years of experience in research and development of new products, preferably in dietary supplements. * Proficiency in using new technologies. * Experience in micronutrient formulation. KNOWLEDGE: * Knowledge of formulation, food regulations, production processes, and quality control. * Formulation of new products. * Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments. * Advanced Excel and/or experience with PLM / ERP systems (desirable).
