Description
\* Education: Electrical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Hydraulic Engineer, or Sanitary Engineer
\* Minimum 5 years of experience in design and coordination of hydraulic and sanitary installations, or supervision thereof, for residential, commercial, or high-rise developments.
\* Responsibilities:
* Develop executive hydraulic and sanitary engineering projects, including calculations, diagrams, and construction drawings.
* Prepare calculation reports for potable water supply, sanitary drainage, and stormwater systems in accordance with applicable standards.
* Select materials, pipe diameters, and fittings based on hydraulic efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
* Coordinate integration of the hydraulic and sanitary project with other disciplines (structural, electrical, gas, HVAC).
* Conduct field supervision to ensure correct installation and hydrostatic pressure testing of hydraulic and sanitary systems.
* Ensure compliance with regulations issued by CONAGUA, SEMARNAT, STPS, and local authorities.
* Review and validate contractor or supplier drawings to ensure technical compatibility with the project.
* Prepare technical reports, daily logs, and construction progress reports.
* Propose technical solutions to address incidents or deviations arising during project execution.
Technical Knowledge:
Hydraulics and sanitation, pressure and flow, pumps, valves, tanks, stormwater drainage, treated water, hydrostatic testing.
Applicable Regulations:
Building Code, NOM-001-CONAGUA, NOM-002-SEMARNAT, NOM-003-CONAGUA, NOM-002-STPS-2010.
Software:
AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Civil 3D, WaterCAD, Advanced MS Excel, hydraulic calculation software.
