Medical and Hemodialysis Services Pachuca offers the vacancy for the position of **Human Resources Manager** **Summary:** Lead and coordinate the functions inherent to the human resources department, aligned with the achievement of the overall objectives and strategies of Medical and Hemodialysis Services Pachuca, and manage the organization’s human talent through the development of strategies and programs that enable recruitment, selection, retention, and promotion of staff. **Knowledge and Experience:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting. * Years of experience: 2 years in a similar position. **Desirable Requirements:** * Both genders. * Age 24 to 50. * Valid driver’s license required. **Functions:** * Prepare payroll payments. * Manage NOI. * Perform batch payroll loading to process payments. * Calculate staff vacation bonuses. * Perform bimonthly salary adjustment calculations for staff. * Transfer IMSS and INFONAVIT affiliation movements and pay employer-employee contributions. * Calculate severance payments for departing staff. * Maintain control over vacation schedules for operational and administrative staff. * Ensure compliance with established procedures for onboarding new staff. * Staff hiring. * Monitor security personnel operations according to established procedures. * Serve as Technical Secretary of the Safety and Hygiene Committee. * Serve as Technical Secretary of the Joint Training and Development Committee. **We Offer:** * Direct employment at the clinic. * Statutory benefits. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * Salary negotiable depending on skills. * Biweekly payroll payments.
