You directly contribute to site productivity by ensuring on-time, in-full deliveries aligned with service commitments to internal and external customers. You manage transportation provider performance, track key process metrics, control departmental budgeting, and ensure full product traceability—from distribution through return. You closely collaborate with commercial, finance, and operations teams to manage returns, generate credit notes, and continuously improve logistics processes—always adhering to good storage and distribution practices and Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines. ### **Who You Are** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related field (degree required). * Experience in distribution and reverse logistics, preferably within regulated environments. * Knowledge of returns management, inventory control, and coordination of transportation providers. * Experience monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and managing budgets. * Familiarity with good storage and distribution practices; NOM-059 knowledge preferred. * Proficiency in Excel for data analysis; Power BI experience preferred. * SAP (SD / LE) knowledge preferred. * Intermediate English with professional communication capability. **RSREMD** **What We Offer:** We are curious minds drawn from a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
