Job Summary: We are seeking a Consultant/Trainer to deliver training in safety, civil protection, and to develop internal programs and risk analyses. Key Points: 1. Delivery of key training sessions in safety and civil protection. 2. Development of internal programs and risk analyses. 3. Requires strong verbal communication skills and group facilitation ability. Consultant/Trainer position requested **Requirements:** * Technical Superior University Degree (TSU), Environmental Engineering, Civil Protection, etc., or Paramedics. * 2 years delivering training and/or developing internal civil protection programs. * Valid driver’s license (car or motorcycle). * Software proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Earth, and Risk Atlas. * Strong verbal communication skills and group facilitation ability. **Responsibilities:** * Training Delivery: First aid, search and rescue, advanced fire control and suppression, evacuation, drills, and STPS. * Development of internal programs. * Conducting general risk analyses. * Preparing safety and hygiene studies in accordance with STPS Official Mexican Standards (NOMs). * And others. **Offer:** * Nominal salary: $ 14\.199,25 nominal * Statutory benefits: IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, year-end bonus.
