Construction Supervisor Specialized in Aluminum and Glass Facades We are seeking a Construction Supervisor with extensive experience in managing and supervising aluminum and glass facade projects. **Important position for night shift work** The selected candidate must demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge in the planning, execution, and quality control of facade projects, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Previous experience supervising construction teams, managing suppliers, and coordinating with architects and contractors is required. Ability to lead and motivate a team of workers, as well as to resolve technical and operational problems on-site. Particular emphasis will be placed on the ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments. The candidate must hold a technical degree in construction, engineering, or a related field, and possess relevant certifications in safety and project management.
