




Job Description: * Minimum education: Bachelor's degree Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing payroll. **Proficiency in Nomipaq, electronic spreadsheets, and system interfaces for data upload is mandatory.** * Collect and record incidents (overtime hours, absences, disabilities, bonuses, deductions, etc.). * Calculate wages and salaries according to employment contracts and regulations. * Apply statutory deductions (income tax, social security, pensions, etc.). * Generate and verify the pre-payroll prior to payment. * Process payroll payments via bank deposits, checks, or cash. * Calculate and withhold payroll taxes (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.). * Ensure compliance with current labor legislation. * Manage and report information to authorities such as SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT. * Maintain up-to-date employee information in the payroll system. * Verify that payments are accurate and error-free. * Administer food vouchers, bonuses, year-end bonuses, and other benefits. * Prepare payroll cost reports for management. * Coordinate with Human Resources to update personnel records (hires, terminations, salary adjustments). * Collaborate with Accounting for payroll reconciliation. * Respond to employee inquiries regarding wages, deductions, and benefits.
