




**Top Personnel Group** is working with a Mexican company, dedicated to offering tailor\-made financial solutions through operational leasing and sale \& lease back of machinery, equipment, and other assets that companies require to improve their productivity. **About the Role:** The COO will be responsible for end\-to\-end operational excellence, ensuring that day\-to\-day activities run efficiently, compliantly, and on a scale. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and strong execution, with deep involvement in credit processes, risk management, collections, and operational systems. The ideal candidate has experience in financial services, leasing, lending, fintech, or structured finance, and has worked in fast\-growing or entrepreneurial environments. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee daily operations across credit, onboarding, documentation, disbursements, asset management, and collections. * Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, speed, and scalability. * Ensure smooth coordination between commercial, credit, legal, and finance teams. * Supervise credit approval processes, credit policies, and risk frameworks. * Monitor portfolio performance, delinquencies, recoveries, and loss ratios. * Work closely with collections and legal teams to strengthen recovery strategies. * Institutionalize processes, controls, and KPIs suitable for a growing leasing platform. * Lead automation and system improvements (CRM, credit tools, ERP, reporting). * Partner with the CEO on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and new products. * Support funding processes by ensuring operational data integrity and transparency. * Ensure compliance with applicable financial, legal, and regulatory requirements. * Strengthen internal controls, documentation standards, and governance practices. * Build, manage, and develop high\-performing operations teams. * Establish clear accountability, performance metrics, and incentives. * Foster a culture of ownership, discipline, and continuous improvement. **Qualifications:** * 8–15 years of experience in operations, credit, or general management. * Strong background in leasing, lending, banking, fintech, or financial services. * Proven ability to build processes from scratch and scale them. * Strong leadership, decision\-making, and execution skills.
