Ability to read and write to complete reports and records. Job Functions: * Assist the production supervisor in executing product recipes. * Safely and efficiently operate standard industrial bakery equipment. * Adhere to operational conditions to ensure process standardization. * Continuously bake bread. * Comply with safety and sanitation regulations. * Perform cleaning and organization of work areas and equipment. * Complete record-keeping. * Attend company-provided training sessions.
