Position Summary: We are seeking a Sales Executive focused on portfolio growth, customer satisfaction, and point-of-sale (POS) training to achieve targets. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to train new users on the platform Sales Executive **Location:** [Insert City / Area] **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term **Salary:** $12,000 \- $13,000 per month (gross) Position Objective Ensure the growth and satisfaction of the assigned portfolio through proactive outreach, timely follow-up, and guidance on point-of-sale (POS) usage. Your work is essential to achieving sales targets, onboarding new accounts, and increasing group balances. Required Profile * **Education:** Completed high school or incomplete undergraduate degree. * **Experience:** 2 months to 1 year in call center and customer service. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office suite (basic\-intermediate level). * CRM or ticketing system experience. * Multichannel customer service skills. Main Responsibilities * **Sales and Negotiation:** Close sales with customers and recover portfolio. * **Portfolio Management:** Proactively follow up with new and existing customers (tracking and onboarding). * **Training:** Instruct new users on platform usage and terms. * **Administrative Management:** Generate activity and results reports. Working Conditions and Schedule * **Workload:** Full-time. * **Schedule:** Rotating shifts (9:00 am to 6:00 pm / 11:00 am to 8:00 pm). * **Working Days:** Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off per week.
