Job Summary: The Backoffice Complaints Desk is responsible for promptly following up with customers who have experienced incidents with Banco Azteca’s services, escalating reports, and communicating with customers to keep them informed. Key Highlights: 1. Provides support to customers who have had negative service experiences. 2. Requires proper handling of information and timely escalation of reports. 3. Involves managing calls and interacting with customers who display a confrontational attitude. \*BACKOFFICE COMPLAINTS DESK\* The Backoffice Complaints Desk is responsible for conducting timely follow-up with customers who already have an incident related to one of Banco Azteca’s services that the customer has acquired. It handles listening to customer complaints and escalating reports to resolution departments promptly and appropriately, ensuring data security and safeguarding our customers’ information. It is responsible for contacting customers via telephone or email to provide status updates on their reports and ensure continuity in report handling. \*Main Responsibilities\* * Provide support to customers who have already experienced negative service interactions. * Proper handling of information according to established processes. * Timely escalation of generated reports. \*Key Challenges\* * Call handling. * Frustration tolerance. * Managing upset customers. \*Requirements:\* * Education: Completed high school diploma. * Experience: Minimum 6 months in a customer service call center. * Technical skills: Basic PC proficiency and spelling. \*Benefits\* * Work schedule: 6 hours * Working hours: 09:00 – 15:00 * Weekly days off: Rotating weekdays * Salary: $ 9780\.03 * Bonus: $ 1275 \*LOCATION\* Eje Central 899, Narvarte neighborhood, Benito Juárez borough, near Nativitas or Eugenia metro stations.
