




Position Summary: Coordinate corporate development strategies, manage operations, drive product quality and customer satisfaction for a leading bubble tea beverage brand. Key Highlights: 1. Promote continuous improvement and staff development. **Position Objective:** Coordinate the implementation of corporate development strategies across assigned zones (districts under responsibility) to achieve objectives focused on product quality, marketing of our products and brand, as well as customer service and satisfaction—key factors distinguishing Yukapioca as the No. 1 bubble tea beverage brand. **Position Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Gastronomy, Business Administration or related fields. * **MANDATORY: Management of multiple zones/districts under responsibility (national level), "MULTI-UNIT" experience (REQUIRED)** * **MANDATORY: Experience in Food & Beverage industry (minimum 7 years); DO NOT APPLY if this requirement is not met** * 7 years’ experience managing personnel (e.g., district managers, regional managers, etc.) * Ability to develop team members through training and a continuous improvement mindset. * Ability to supervise, coordinate, manage, and enforce institutional processes and policies. * 7 years’ experience responsible for achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Problem identification and resolution. * Effective communication skills. * Enthusiasm, passion, and experience working in teams. * Advanced knowledge of brand development. * Expert-level experience in personnel management. * Expert-level skills in KPI management. * Willingness to travel **Competencies/Skills** * Integrity, commitment, loyalty, ethics, and passion for results. * Reliable, discreet, honest, with sound judgment and common sense. * Respects the organizational hierarchy and promotes its observance. * Positive leadership. **Position Responsibilities** * National-level management of "multi-units" according to the corresponding region. * Daily monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). * Coordinate and supervise daily operations. * Develop strategies for company growth and development. * Ensure process efficiency and service quality. * Manage performance of personnel under supervision (e.g., District Managers/Zone Coordinators, Supervisors, etc.) **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Bonus scheme based on achievement of KPIs. * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time schedule. * Corporate discount voucher program. * On-site work mode.
