Acts as technical and administrative support to the project manager, managing resources, schedules, documentation, and facilitating communication among team members. **Position Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years as a coordinator, including at least 2 years of experience dealing with government and private entities. * **Salary:** Starting from $20,000 gross, depending on experience. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturdays, 8:30 am to 1:30 pm (occasionally). ***Willingness to travel, ability to drive a standard vehicle, and enthusiasm for fieldwork are desirable.*** **Main Responsibilities:** Planning: Structuring the work plan and defining project objectives. Accounts Receivable: Monitoring client portfolio, interacting with government entities, managing overdue accounts, and handling customer service. Management and Monitoring: Supervising daily activities, schedule compliance, and budget utilization. Administration: Organizing meetings, taking minutes, managing documents and resources. Communication: Serving as a key liaison among team members, suppliers, and stakeholders.
