Project logistics coordination Junior Administrative \& Finance Coordinator We are seeking an organized, solution-oriented individual with strong numerical acumen to manage the administrative and financial control of two growing projects. Responsibilities: Income and expense tracking Weekly and monthly sales/profit reports Payroll management General administrative control Quotation preparation and follow-up Customer follow-up Project logistics coordination (shoots, equipment, timelines) Invoicing Vendor and freelancer payment tracking Customer pipeline organization We are looking for someone who: Is highly organized Has strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Understands numbers (income, expenses, profit) Is proactive and proposes improvements Can effectively follow up Demonstrates sound judgment and responsibility Salary: $12,000 monthly or negotiable based on qualifications Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Hybrid work model (in-person \+ remote) Location: CDMX Position Objective: Within 3 months, you must have organized the administrative workflow; within 6 months, you must be able to operate independently without direct supervision.
