




LEADING SPORTS CLUB COMPANY IS SEEKING A "DIGITAL PERFORMANCE GROWTH COORDINATOR" **REQUIREMENTS:** Gender: Unrestricted Education Level: Bachelor’s degree graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. Postgraduate Studies: Not required—desirable. Languages: Intermediate English (70%) **OBJECTIVE:** Design, execute, and optimize the digital acquisition strategy to significantly increase both volume and quality of LIT/prospects sourced from Meta and Google, maximizing monthly campaign performance through advanced analytics, form optimization, audience targeting, segmentation, campaign destinations, and end-to-end funnel tracking—from initial impression through CRM and club conversion—across all channels. **EXPERIENCE:** 3–5 years in Growth, Performance, or Digital Acquisition. Experience managing large budgets. Proven track record running lead-generation and funnel-oriented campaigns integrated with CRM/call center systems. Minimum 5 years as a coordinator. **KNOWLEDGE:** Highly analytical and data-driven. Prioritizes and structures work effectively. Business-oriented mindset (beyond marketing alone). Strong ownership of outcomes. Ability to collaborate across BI, CRM, call center, and club teams. Analytical skills and budget management capability. **ROLE EXPECTATIONS:** **A. Strategy & Campaign Management (Meta + Google)** · Define monthly/quarterly channel-specific growth plans with direct sales impact, aligned with established ROI targets. · Manage and reallocate budget dynamically based on actual performance. · Identify expansion opportunities (audiences, formats, objectives). **B. Increase high-quality leads at low CPL, focusing on form optimization.** · Audit current forms (Meta Lead Ads, web forms, Google). · Identify friction points: fields, order, copy, length, abandonment rates. · Execute continuous A/B testing of forms. **C. Audience/Segmentation Evaluation & Optimization** · Review Lookalike audiences (size, seed source, optimal percentage, performance). · Validate quality of proprietary audience databases. · Optimize geographic segmentation near clubs. · Detect audience overlap and saturation. **D. Campaign Destination Optimization** · Design destination-specific strategies: \- Call Center: lead quality, messaging, operating hours, contact funnel. \- Website/Landing Pages: UX, page speed, copy, tracking, conversion. \- Direct CRM: quality filters and dispatch rules. **E. End-to-End Funnel Measurement** · Map investment → lead → contact → appointment/visit → sale. · Identify drop-off points and root causes throughout the process. · Collaborate with CRM/BI systems to ensure traceability from source to club. **F.
