Job Summary: Key Account Coordinator/KAM responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and increasing account value through problem resolution and promotion of private security services. Increase account profitability and value NOR\-SEG Private Security Services is seeking: KEY ACCOUNT COORDINATOR/KAM. \- Manage client relationships by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and expectations. \- Identify and develop key accounts by recognizing clients with the highest growth potential and developing strategies to attract and retain them. \- Monitor key account performance and conduct analyses to identify areas for improvement. \- Negotiate agreements, pricing, and service terms with key clients, seeking mutually beneficial solutions. \- Promote customer satisfaction by ensuring clients are satisfied with private security services and feel valued. \- Identify and resolve issues that may arise in client relationships. \- Increase account value by enhancing profitability and value of key accounts through cross-selling additional services, improving client relationships, and boosting customer satisfaction. \- Control operational staffing costs versus profitability targets. \- Track and propose improvements regarding company security services. \- Organizational Management (functional staff and middle management).
