Standardize end-to-end collections **Area Mission** Reduce delinquency and losses, accelerate cash conversion, and standardize end\-to\-end collections, with a focus on customer experience. **Scope** * B2B and individual rental services * Pre-owned vehicles (accounts receivable from sales) * Claims and damages (customers and third parties) * Fines **Key Responsibilities** * Define and operate collection rules by product and aging. * Standardize dispute criteria, evidence, and SLAs. * Manage portfolio, agreements, and escalations. * Accelerate cash flow for pre-owned vehicles. * Maximize recovery in claims and reduce losses. * Reduce reliance on external agents through control and data. **Key KPIs** Delinquency, net recovery, portfolio aging, DSO, agreement rate, loss reduction, and collections productivity. **Expected Impact** * Lower delinquency and losses. * Higher recovery and improved margin. * Better customer experience. * Faster cash conversion, especially for pre-owned vehicles. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Finance, Administration, Management, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams * Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B collections Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $8,138\.43 \- $19,688\.14 per month Work Location: On-site employment
