At ABCW, a fully remote digital marketing agency, we are seeking a Business Development Coordinator responsible for leading the management and development of high-impact commercial proposals and coordinating the team in charge. This role is ideal for a strategic-minded professional with a strong background in digital marketing and consultative sales, who can combine commercial execution with leadership and decision-making. Role Objective Design, structure, and lead the comprehensive commercial strategy for prospective clients and active accounts, developing customized proposals that address each client’s specific needs and enable achievement of their business goals. Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals, while simultaneously strengthening PR initiatives and strategic relationship-building, and supporting Business and Client Development teams to ensure attainment of commercial objectives and customer satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Administration, Business, or related fields. Advanced English (B2/C1) is mandatory. Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative sales, account management, or Farmer roles. Proven experience in digital marketing agencies (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of experience leading or coordinating commercial or account teams. Solid experience in designing, pricing, and presenting commercial proposals. Analytical ability, collaborative leadership, and results orientation. Key Responsibilities Tracking PR proposals Developing commercial proposals. Leading the structuring, validation, and approval of digital marketing service proposals. Defining scope, timelines, pricing, and objectives in collaboration with internal teams. Leadership and coordination. Coordinating and supporting the team. Establishing commercial processes, best practices, and proposal guidelines. Analysis and reporting. Preparing executive reports on commercial performance per account and region. Ensuring alignment between commercial expectations and operational execution. What We Offer?
