**Position Opening: Warehouse Operator** **Location:** Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico **Schedule:** Full-time **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with occasional availability on Saturdays) **Job Objective** Perform receiving, storage, safeguarding, and order-picking activities for supplies within the warehouse, ensuring accurate product traceability and compliance with Good Storage Practices. **Responsibilities** * Store products in the warehouse according to rotation criteria (FEFO), classification, and storage conditions. * Prepare orders per internal requisitions, verifying quantities, batches, and conditions. * Assist with loading and unloading materials during receiving and shipping operations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Participate in periodic and annual inventory counts. * Record and report incidents related to products, inventory, or warehouse conditions. **Requirements** * Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (completed or incomplete). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution. * Basic knowledge of inventory control and document handling. * Ability to follow procedures and work under operational guidelines. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **Competencies** * Responsibility and discipline. * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Adherence to standards and processes. **We Offer** * **Gross monthly salary:** $13,035.00 * **Food vouchers:** 10% of the monthly salary (capped at 30 days of UMA). * **Statutory benefits:** IMSS registration with full salary coverage. * **Major Medical Expense Insurance** upon signing an indefinite-term contract. * **Semi-annual performance bonus.** * Job stability and a respectful work environment.
