Position Summary: We are seeking an education professional to review and update academic programs, provide teacher support, and schedule academic activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspired by the charism of Saint Mary Eugenia, the Asunción Institute forms individuals committed to their community, capable of **transforming reality** based on the values of the Gospel. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy and/or Educational Sciences (mandatory); Master's degree preferred. **Experience:** Teacher coordination and mentoring; review and updating of academic programs. **Main Responsibilities** * Review and update academic programs for all grade levels in the section, ensuring compliance with regulations. * Monitor progress of grade-level programs through teachers' weekly lesson planning. * Support teachers through classroom observations, interviews, and performance evaluations. * Review lesson plans, exams, and grades uploaded to the internal system. * Schedule and plan academic activities (exams, grading, and projects). **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 6:50 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. We offer benefits exceeding statutory requirements: · IMSS health insurance, 4% Savings Fund, 15-day bonus, paid school holidays according to the official academic calendar. **Applicants must meet all stated requirements to apply.
