Maintenance of communication with customers and internal departments Green Growth Group México S.A. de C.V., a company specialized in circular economy and management of special handling waste, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate operational activities at the TURÍN SAN CAYETANO site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising operational staff, ensuring compliance with established processes, coordinating material loads and movements, validating delivery notes and weighing tickets, and guaranteeing adherence to safety and hygiene protocols within operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational staff during daily activities. * Coordinate material loading, collection, segregation, and handling. * Verify compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards at the site. * Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Maintain records of incidents, attendance, and staff productivity. * Prepare operational reports and monitor service indicators. * Validate delivery notes, weighing tickets, and operational evidence. * Maintain constant communication with customers and internal departments to ensure operational continuity. * Support resolution of operational incidents and on-site decision-making. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma. * Experience supervising operational personnel. * Flexible availability for work schedule. * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and teamwork orientation. * Ability to work under objectives and operational monitoring. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Weekly salary payment. * Job stability.
