**People Hackers is seeking a Junior Payroll Analyst in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City**

* **Compensation:** MXN 13,000 net monthly. Direct employment contract and statutory benefits, plus enhanced ones (Life Insurance).
* **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, with three shift options: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, and 9:00 AM–6:30 PM.
* **Work Location:** Polanco neighborhood, Miguel Hidalgo. Four blocks from Polanco Metro Station.
**What we’re looking for?**
* Minimum 2 years of experience as: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Assistant.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (graduated or current candidate).
* 1–2 years of experience administering payroll for 250–300 employees, including receipt, control, and review of payroll incidents; payroll review (ISR, IMSS contributions, Infonavit); calculation and preparation of ISN, Fonacot, IMSS variability, bonus calculations, occupational risk, vacation accruals, disability leave, etc.
* 1–2 years of experience in payroll settlements and severance payments, Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), Profit Sharing (PTU), and credit calculations (Infonavit, Fovissste, Fonacot).
* 1–2 years of experience in tax reconciliations: Tax determination and filing, and Worker-Employer Contribution reporting. Proficiency in IMSS systems (SIROC, IDSE, SUA, Sipare): employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications.
* 1–2 years of accounting experience: bank reconciliations, invoice tracking, journal entry preparation (expenses, income, daily entries), supplier and creditor balance compilation, data analysis, operational support, report delivery, payment voucher preparation, and income reconciliation.
* Familiarity with accounting systems such as Tigo, Aspel NOI, Contpaq, QuickBooks, or ERPs like Oracle, Dynamics, Microsip, SAP, etc.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for report management and analysis.
