Job Requirements * TECHNICIAN WITH AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR POSITION, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER, PLASTICS ENGINEER, MECHANICAL ENGINEER, MECHATRONICS ENGINEER, OR RELATED FIELD * Supervise production area activities and personnel. Job Responsibilities * Achieve 100% adherence to production schedules through efficient management of personnel, machinery, and equipment, meeting the quality standards required by our customers. * Ensure compliance with product specifications. * Start up machines according to production orders. * Identify, resolve, and report machinery or mold failures to the relevant department. * Generate daily production reports. * Adjust deviations in production processes. * Effectively supervise assigned personnel. * Track and resolve internal non-conformities.
