Cost Coordinator

Description

**Purpose of the position:** Execute Cost activities for Nestlé companies in the AMS zone, addressing customer requirements and performing relevant Health Checks on data integrity to ensure information quality and prevent operational impacts across markets. **Required knowledge and experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, or related fields. 3–4 years of experience in Accounting and Costing (Finance). 1–2 years of experience in Service areas. Prior experience in Master Data, Finance & Control, and Costing. Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. Experience as a Cost Analyst or formal demonstration of independent execution capability. Experience in service areas. Experience with SAP, Power BI, and Excel. **Key responsibilities:** 1.\- Address customer requests using SAP and SharePoint as ticket management tools to ensure correct configuration of cost master data. 2.\- Perform maintenance on market-requested Master Data to ensure information quality in cost models such as Production, COGS, Distribution, and MOGE. 3.\- Conduct monthly Master Data Health Checks, addressing and correcting identified deviations to prevent impacts during cost model execution. 4.\- Perform standard material direct cost review via SAP check to ensure accurate costing during the monthly closing process. 5.\- Plan the review of direct material master data via SAP check in September to ensure accurate costing during the annual closing process. 6.\- Participate in automation and process optimization projects led by the Center of Competence to enhance operational efficiency. 7.\- Prepare indicator reports presented in the weekly meeting using the virtual dashboard to provide operational visibility. **Success factors:** Understanding of the business environment.
