Job Summary: Compensation Analyst responsible for maintaining and updating salary structures, benefits programs, and conducting labor market analysis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and update salary structures and benefits programs 2. Conduct salary analyses and prepare offer letters 3. Job Specifications: Maintain and update the organization’s salary structures and benefits programs by analyzing job evaluation methodologies and statistical labor market data. Job Requirements: * Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree with official diploma and professional license. * Minimum 3 years of experience Knowledge: * Design of variable compensation plans * Job evaluation methodologies * Organizational structure design * Excel and Power BI Job Responsibilities: * Maintain updated salary tables, salary bands, and organizational structures (organizational charts). * Conduct salary analyses and prepare offer letters for internal promotions in accordance with the company’s compensation policy. * Keep job descriptions updated according to occupational competencies and business needs. * Maintain updated HR statistical reports and dashboards. * Record logs of employment movements (salary increases, position changes, cost centers, or regional changes). We Offer: Monthly gross salary of $23,000 with 100% IMSS contribution Position Type: Full-time Permanent employment contract Subsidized cafeteria Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM 100% on-site work mode.
