What will be your role? * Receipt and analysis of reimbursement documentation. * Data entry and system upload. * Analysis of invoice validity and adherence to general conditions. * Verification of insureds' benefits and balances in systems. What are we looking for? * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. * Proficiency in PC use and Microsoft Office suite. * Analytical mindset with attention to detail. * Organized, proactive, results-oriented, and goal-focused. * Adaptability. * Completed high school diploma / Incomplete bachelor's degree.
