Collaboration with operational and commercial departments **Cushman \& Wakefield is seeking a Pricing Engineer in Benito Juárez, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **Pricing Engineer (Pricing for Facilities Services)** ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or pricing. * Prior experience in service-oriented companies (Facilities, maintenance, outsourcing, construction, etc.) is desirable. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of cost structures and financial analysis. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. ### **We Offer** * Monthly salary: **$25,000 MXN gross** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Opportunity for professional growth * Dynamic work environment. ### **Responsibilities** * Prepare quotations and economic proposals for Facilities services (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.). * Analyze cost structures (labor, materials, equipment, overhead). * Develop competitive and profitable pricing models. * Participate in commercial tenders and bids. * Assess the financial viability of new contracts. * Generate profitability reports and project tracking reports. * Collaborate with operational and commercial departments to ensure proposal accuracy. * Identify opportunities for cost optimization. **WORK SCHEDULE:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday **LOCATION:** Napoles.
