DE C.V. seeks a Human Resources Coordinator near Plaza Patriotismo \- Benito Juárez, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A prominent pharmaceutical industry company is seeking: Position: **Human Resources Coordinator** Work Location: * Escandón 1st Section neighborhood, Benito Juárez, CDMX (Near Plaza Metropoli Patriotismo) Schedule: * Mon\-Fri: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Experience Requirements: * Extensive experience in payroll, tax, and IMSS administration * Recruitment and personnel selection * Compensation and benefits Responsibilities: * Managing attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, vacations). * Calculating salaries, wages, and benefits. * Processing deductions (income tax [ISR], IMSS, INFONAVIT, alimony payments). * Generating stamped payroll receipts (CFDI). * Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and audits. * Monitoring employee satisfaction surveys, workplace climate assessments, and NOM-35 compliance. * Calculating employer-employee contribution quotas. * Overseeing recruitment and personnel selection processes. * Tracking training programs.
