




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in Human Resources processes, including recruitment, selection, hiring, document control, and payroll supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Recruitment, Selection, and Hiring 2. Solid Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, and INFONAVIT 3. Proficiency in Matrices, Databases, and Intermediate Excel Required experience in Human Resources processes such as: Recruitment, Selection, and Hiring. Document Control, Attendance, Absences, Disabilities, etc. Payroll Processing (Not responsible for preparation, but supervises). Knowledge of the REPSE process. Understanding of the Federal Labor Law. Knowledge of IMSS and INFONAVIT processes, laws, procedures, registrations, cancellations, changes, etc. Strong ability to manage matrices and databases. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. SUA, IDSE. Administrative minutes and application of R.I.T. ERP system experience is desirable. Terminations, cancellations, and severance settlements.
