Luqross, a company with 30 years of experience committed to serving the gas station industry, battery sales for all vehicle types, and automotive equipment, is seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join its Collections team. This position aims to support the Collections department’s administrative and documentation activities, contributing to information validation, document filing and control, and preparation of Excel and ERP reports. The responsibilities you will undertake in this role include: * Supporting administrative activities for the department (forms, document control, correspondence) * Preparing basic administrative reports * Assisting in the validation of finalized invoices and customer account statements * Supporting the preparation of documents for internal reviews * Collaborating in organizing, classifying, and archiving documents * Supporting data entry and analysis in the accounting department’s ERP system If you meet the following requirements: * Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency * You enjoy working in a team. * You possess communication skills * Basic familiarity with ERP systems * Willingness to learn and apply new knowledge * 6 months to 1 year of experience Employment type: Full-time Salary: MXN 10,000 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service * Corporate medical service Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service Work location: On-site employment
