Follow-up with clients. Maintain orderly files, notes, tickets, template forms, supplies, inventory, and clean the reception area. * Quality Supervision: Monitor adherence to appearance protocols and operational workflow of clinic staff. Work per instructions from the Supervision Manager. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed, but **not currently enrolled students)**. * **Experience:** **Minimum 1.5 years** in front desk or patient services (preferred). * **Presentation:** Excellent, polished, and professional appearance.
