




Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist with excellent communication and organizational skills to manage the front desk and support administrative tasks in a dynamic environment. Receptionist Responsibilities: \- Welcome visitors and provide them with information about our organization. \- Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate contact. \- Maintain a tidy and clean reception area. \- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. \- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and placing office supply orders. Required Skills and Qualities: \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \- Organizational and time management abilities. \- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. \- People-oriented with the ability to handle difficult situations. \- Basic knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office. \- Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment. \- Prior experience in customer service or as a receptionist (preferred).
