Minimum 3 years of verifiable field sales experience in the pharma industry. Team-oriented, honest, and in good physical condition. Responsible, compliant with internal policies and regulations, service-oriented attitude. Passion for sales and direct interaction with physicians in their offices, as well as adaptability and quick learning. Personal transportation: automobile (mandatory). **Responsibilities:** Generate demand for Estericide product family through visits to physicians and pharmacies within the assigned territory, achieving 100% of established sales quotas. Develop work plans and maintain up-to-date information in the CRM. Visit clinics and hospitals within the territory to leverage opportunities. Visit pharmacies and ensure sufficient stock levels. Follow up on customer orders until full satisfaction is achieved. Arrive punctually at scheduled appointments outlined in the work plan.
