Ensure compliance with internal processes and material handling We are a leading company in the Medical Equipment Industry and are currently seeking top talent: **SURGICAL INSTRUMENT NURSE** **What do you need?** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Diploma required) * Specialty in surgical instrumentation preferred * Minimum 1 year of experience as a surgical instrument nurse/circulating nurse performing the following activities: instrumenting during surgery, circulating, managing patients in the operating room, sterilization, and material handling * English proficiency preferred * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, databases) * Dynamism and results orientation * Sense of urgency * Problem-solving ability * Customer service skills **What will be your responsibilities?** * Assist physicians and nurses in the proper use of supplies and technology * Handle surgical instruments and consumables, including washing and reprocessing of surgical instruments and accessories * Patient recovery upon completion of surgery * Circulating during surgery * Completion of surgical reports * Ensure compliance with internal processes.
