Coordinate training activities with various departments **Job Objective** Responsible for training and developing students of the Taurus Driver School, reinforcing defensive driving techniques and promoting good driving practices among tractor-trailer operators, aligned with the company’s culture and guidelines, to ensure safe, efficient operations compliant with current regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide theoretical and practical training to EDCHT students to prepare them as tractor-trailer operators. * Reinforce defensive driving techniques and good driving practices among active operators. * Provide feedback to operators on performance, safety, and driving practices. * Coordinate training activities with Operations Managers, Coordinators, Traffic, Human Development, and Operators. * Schedule federal license courses in coordination with SCT (Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes). * Report detected failures in transportation equipment to Taurus Maintenance Department. * Comply with and enforce internal rules, procedures, and safety guidelines. * Support activities related to the general purpose of the position when required. **Required Profile** **Education:** * Completed high school. **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years of professional experience. * Experience in teaching or training. **Technical Knowledge:** * Federal Transportation. * Excel proficiency (intermediate\-advanced). * Basic Word and PowerPoint skills. * Basic Lawson knowledge. * Basic accounting knowledge.
