Join the great **MX Family** as: **EXPERIENCED HOTEL RECEPTIONIST** **What are we looking for in you?** * Excellent attitude and passion for customer service * Minimum education: Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in **Tourism**. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (**B1, B2, or C1**) **Key Responsibilities:** * **Guest Service & Assistance:** Greet guests, provide information about the hotel and local attractions. * **Check-in and Check-out:** Register arrivals/departures, assign rooms, and issue/collect keys. * **Administrative Management:** Manage reservations (phone, email, **OTAs, OPERA, CLOUDBEST**) and handle billing and collections. * **Conflict Resolution:** Address complaints and manage unexpected situations to ensure a pleasant stay. * **Internal Coordination:** Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready. **What do we offer?** * Direct employment contract with the company * Weekly salary of **$3,150 net free \+ commission on sales** * Statutory benefits * Continuous training and development * Social responsibility program (**vision health campaigns, medical outreach events, discounts at partner establishments and educational institutions, etc.**) **What is your work schedule?** * **SHIFT ROTATION:** **6:00 AM to 2:00 PM** **2:00 PM to 10:00 PM** **10:00 PM to 6:00 AM** **Monday to Sunday, with mid-week days off.** **At which hotel is this position located?** * **Hotel MX Centro, just a few blocks from Metro Zócalo** Join the great **MX Family!**
