This is an on-site position requiring proficiency in English for serving both domestic and international clients within the operations sector. ### **Responsibilities:** * Greeting and registering visitors at reception. * Managing access control and surveillance within the premises. * Answering calls and handling correspondence in English and Spanish. * Reporting incidents and maintaining up-to-date logs. * Collaborating with the security team on internal protocols. * Welcoming guests (check\-in / arrival) * Controlling hotel access * Providing directions (facilities, services, location) * Routing requests to reception or concierge * Conducting patrols in assigned areas * Monitoring security cameras ### **Requirements:** * Education: Completed upper secondary education (verifiable). * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles as a bilingual reception guard. * Intermediate\-advanced English (mandatory). * Availability to work on-site in Polanco, Mexico City. * Strong communication skills, courteous demeanor, and a customer service focus. ### **We Offer / Benefits:** * Monthly salary of $17,250\. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Job stability with career development opportunities in the security and surveillance industry. * A safe, professional, and respectful work environment.
